I downloaded this excellent set of skin swatches by DeviantNep some time ago, and decided to make a quick and dirty reference image with them all mapped out together. You can download it in super-big size if you'd like.
I find it difficult to visualise what the colours will look like together just by looking at the swatches in the palette, so this makes it much easier for me to know which ones to go to when I want a particular colour scheme.
Eagle eyes will notice I've renamed a lot of the swatch sets. This is because after a while they change from alphabetical to just swatch 1, swatch 2 and so on, with no quick way to identify between groups of colours. The reference sheet here is lettered and numbered to reflect how I've renamed them on my own computer, but they still go in order with how they are set out in DeviantNep's original, so it shouldn't be too difficult for you to work out which group is which.
The big green blob of awesome represents where the highlights/shadows groupings begin in the swatch, so you can match it up easily.
I hope it's helpful to someone. It's messy (getting messier and messier as it goes on because my hand was starting to hurt) and not necessarily meant for colour picking from, but as a quick look-to reference it might aid in picking which group of colours to use. I might make a tidier one at some point, if I'm patient enough >_>
I'd love to know if anyone finds it useful.
Thank you for the reference, Extreamly useful

The colours look nice this way. I'm definitely adding them to my colour palette resources to play around with. thanks!
